Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely in love with your Sister Jane pieces, but if something isn't quite right, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all garments are returned in their original condition with all tags and labels still attached.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all Sister Jane tags are intact and including the completed return form inside.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point or post office.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our boutique team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
